San Jose Sharks Playoff Tickets offers the following Returns Policy:

1. All sales are final.  Once an auction or purchase has been made, refunds will not be issued unless the game has been cancelled or the team fails to play the game.  Rescheduled games will not be refunded.
2. In the event that the game is cancelled or not played, we will refund your money by the means in which you paid for them (e.g. we will refund via PayPal if you paid electronically).
3. Unless arranged otherwise, all payments must be made within an hour of an auction's close.  If you cannot make a payment by then, the tickets will be sold to the next highest bidder.  If you need to work out other arrangements, please contact us immediately after the auction has been closed.
4. We will arrange delivery of the tickets either in person or via Will Call at the HP Pavilion.
5. Unless tickets are sold before game day, they will be left at Will Call no later than three hours before game time.
